Therapeutic Stretch and Meditation - This CD has 20 minutes of guided gentle stretches geared for any level of ability and flexibility.  Following the stretching is 20 minutes of a guided relaxation meditation.  The CD was produced by South Miami Hospital's Behavioral and Collaborative Medicine Program.
