Save the date SEPTEMBER 12th and join your fellow Beth Orians by taking part in Jewish Community Services High Holiday "Milk and Honey" campaign.

We will be distributing food parcels prepared by JCS to needy elderly members in our community. Some of these wonderful seniors are Shoah (Holocaust) survivors; all are people who have given so much to our country over their lifetimes.

This campaign was scheduled to fall between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur: a time when all of us are reflecting on our past year and looking forward to how we may personally help in the world. Here is small but important way to make a difference in your own community.

You will find your participation greatly rewarding. Not only will you be bringing the JCS food packages, your visit will brighten the day of these recipients. We'll be acting as the eyes and ears of JCS to let them know if the senior needs further help.
