| Jews In The Woods
Jews in the Woods will be on President's Day weekend, February 15th - 18th. We will be primitive camping at Flamingo Campgrounds in Everglades National Park. Come for all or part of the weekend. Activities include Shabbat under the Stars, wet walks, canoe trip, bird walk and star gazing. Saturday evening will be a pot-luck dinner. Contact Ellen Siegel, ellen@siegelplanners.com, for information and to register. Cost will be $30/person for campers, maximum $100 per family, or $10.00 per person for visitors for the day.

Community Spotlight
Jeanne Covert is having surgery on Thursday November 29th and will be home the same day. She will be unable to use her right arm for 3-4 months and will be housebound. After the first weekend she'd love calls, and after the first week she would certainly love visitors. Jeanne loves movies and would love to join you if you're going (and able to provide transport). She could also use drivers to her Physical Therapy, not far from her home.
We wish Jeanne a refuah shleyma, a full and speedy recovery.
