Beth Or Retreat
The 2008 Beth Or Community Retreat will take place on Saturday, July 12th at the Temple starting at 9:30 AM.
Temple leadership are required to be there and all Beth Or members are invited to participate in planning for our future.
This is open to ALL temple members young and old. Tell your fellow members how important their attendance is for the future of our community. We have the food, we need the people.
We will gather between 9:15 and 9:45 to nosh and schmooze, and then we begin! We will start with a short Shabbat service.
The retreat will go until about 1:30 PM. If we need to continue after that, we'll order Chinese food for lunch and go on.
To start the process, I ask each of you to come to the retreat with an open mind, once a mind is expanded with a new idea it never returns to its original shape.
Think about this question for Saturday and bring the answer to the retreat: "What are the top five (5) critical issues facing Beth Or for the next 24 months?" We will all have an opportunity to discuss the answers on Saturday.
